reachcraft's total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, we will delete your account and all associated data. You are responsible for downloading any content you wish to retain before termination.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
